There is a maximum of two pets per apartment allowed. Pets of a vicious nature such as Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds and Pit Bulls are not allowed in the community. There is a 50lb maximum weight limit for second and third floor units. No pet should exceed 85lbs at full maturity.
